Straightener - Hydraulic Operated Screw & Tilting Bed System

| Construction: |
Fabricated with plate, equipment is fitted with screw down gear box driven by hydro motor, the bottom bed of the Straightener is of tilting type, tilting is done hydraulically by hydro motor.
Work Rolls & Backup Rolls are mounted on Bed face,
Work Rolls are individually driven by Universal Joints.
Equipment is powered by suitably rated motor with Drive The Straightener capacity is to correct
2mm to 16mm Thick Coil X 2000mm Wide.
Motor is coupled by Helical Gear Box and out put of Gear Box is individually distributed by Pinion Stand coupled to Work Rolls of
straightener.
Equipment is fitted with limit switches & sensors.

Fabricated Housing fitted with well equipped Chokes, Pressure is adjustable by Hydraulic cylinders with synchronizing
gears. All Rolls are driven by
Pinion Stand.
Equipment is powered by suitably rated Motor through Helical Gear
Box. This Leveller corrects the coil sheet of 2mm to 7 mm in thickness and 1800mm Wide.

sections Arbor are fitted in eccentric cam sleeves Outboard engage and disengage is done by hydraulic cylinder Arbors are hard chrome plated and fitted with Key.
Slitting Cutters are locked on it with Metallic Spacers and Rubber Stripper
Rings. Arbors are driven by Pinion Stand through Cross Couplings, Pinion stand is coupled to Gear Box which is driven by suitably rated Motor.
